Researcher in political science, specialised in Turkish and Kurdish issues. He holds a Master’s degree in geopolitics and has worked for the Ministry of the Armed Forces, notably at the Centre de planification et de conduite des opérations (CPCO), at the Armed Forces General Staff in a geopolitical analysis unit, and on defence missions in Turkey.
